HOW MUCH IS IT PER PERSON?

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Come right on time to your scheduled time slot!

CAN I CHANGE THE NAME OF A PARTICIPANT IN MY GROUP?

It is not necessary to change names, as long as you have paid for everyone that will be participating and they have filled out our waiver, you will be just fine.

Once we reserve a room, is it ours or will other people be able to book slots as well?

All of our bookings are private! Once you reserve and pay for the room time slot it is yours.

Can we add a person to our booking once we've completed our reservation?

Yes! You can add a person on the day of when you arrive, or give us a call ahead of time to do so.

How do I redeem my birthday ticket?

If you’re planning to celebrate your birthday with us, book your room for one less than the total people in your party (ex. if there will be 6 of you, book for 5). Day of, we will check the identification of the birthday person and add on that free ticket for you!

DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?

YES! You can purchase gift vouchers on our website by selecting the gift voucher icon at the top of the screen or we can help you out over the phone.

DO YOU HAVE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR YOUR ROOMS?

No children under the age of 5. We do not recommend our rooms for children under 12. All rooms must have at least one adult 18 or older inside, and at least 2 adults in Zombie Panic.
